Raspberry Breakfast Smoothie

This is an absolutely delicious milkshake and makes a great start to the morning. This makes two very generous servings, and would easily stretch to three if needed. Measurements are approximate.
- 250 ml Greek yoghurt
- 3 big handfuls (120g) of oats
- 2 tbsp honey
- 300 ml milk
- 250 g frozen raspberries
- 1 large banana
- Blend the yoghurt, oats, honey and milk.
- Add the raspberries and blend until smooth.
- Add the banana and blend. (Adding the banana last avoids heating the banana too much, which changes the taste.)
